Report pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 as per Biasia Francesco S.p.A.
Whereby 1) by filling in the fields below, our company will gather and handle your personal data; 2) we wish to specify and clarify the following definitions as according to Legislative Decree 196/2003: Handling: any operation carried out even without the use of electronic means for the gathering, registering, organization, conservation, consultation, use, modification, selection, mining, comparison, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, cancellation and destruction of data; Personal data: any information relating to a physical person, juridicial person, organization or association, identified or identifiable even indirectly by means of any other information including a personal identification number; INFORMATION REQUIRED BY Art. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196/03 We inform you That the gathering and handling of personal data will be handled by this company in compliance with the following: a) general purposes: the data could be used for the proper functioning of the accounting, fiscal, sales and technical departments in order to provide, for example, a fidelity card and for company activities that are mandatory by law and that are inherent in the relationship in and of itself; b) “direct marketing” purposes: non-sensitive data could be used only and exclusively with your free and express consent, which can be revoked in any minute. These purposes include the sending of communications/advertising material via e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS and the like; after having consented, it is your right in any moment and without cost to revoke the handling of your data for this purpose; c) length of data conservation: the data necessary for the purposes of point b) (direct marketing), with the exception of that which are absolutely necessary for administrative purposes, will not be conserved by our company for more than 24 months. Complete instructions are provided below in order that the proper length of time data can be kept for those subjects is respected as well. If the fidelity card is revoked, deactivated, expired, etc., all of your data will not be kept for more than a trimester and only and exclusively for administrative purposes (the law allows for a longer period of time for conservation, but we adhere to the above); d) methods: data will be kept on paper as well as with electronic methods and those involving information technology in complete compliance with the laws according to principles of lawfulness and fairness in order to protect your privacy; e) optional consent: consent is optional and is not obligatory; f) consequences in the case of refusal: refusing to supply data or absolute approval to their use for the purposes of point a) could mean it would be impossible to grant your request for a fidelity card; refusing to the use of your data for point b) will not have any consequences in terms of getting a fidelity card or taking advantage of the promotions or sales initiatives that go along with it; g) entities or categories of entities to whom the data could be given: the data could be given (also in order to correctly carry out the purposes of point b) to: franchises and shop “corners,” graphic-design firms, typography firms, advertising and marketing companies, postal-company entities and the like, parent companies and subsidiaries. Data could be given only for the purposes of point a) to lawyers, accountants, credit companies, risk management firms, etc. used by our company; in any case, the data would not be disseminated; h) those in charge of the handling of data: data will be handled by a very small number of persons in the company’s administrative, marketing, sales and data departments who have been duly authorized; i) rights of party concerned: you have all of the rights of Article 7 to which we refer in its entirety; j) owner: the owner of the handling of the data is Biasia Francesco S.p.A., with headquarters in Povolaro (VI), via Artigianato n. 7, in the form of the legal representative pro tempore; k) responsible party: the person responsible to you is Juri Torreggiani, with offices in Reggio Emilia, via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. 0522 30.11.69, fax 0522 38.79.96; contact him for any questions or clarifications.
